## SEC. 53101 MODIFYING REDUCTIONS IN MEDICAID DSH ALLOTMENTS Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)) is amended— ####

(1)in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking “2018” and inserting “2020”; and ####

(2)in clause (ii), by striking subclauses

(I)through

(VIII)and inserting the following: > > ###### “(I) > > $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and > > > ###### “(II) > > $8,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025.” > .
