## SEC. 40203 EXTENSION OF ABOVE-THE-LINE DEDUCTION FOR QUALIFIED TUITION AND RELATED EXPENSES ###

(a)In General Section 222(e) is amended by striking “December 31, 2016” and inserting “December 31, 2017”. ###
