## SEC. 903 BASIC RESEARCH Section 971(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16311(b)) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (3), by striking “and” at the end; ####
(2)in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and ####
