## SEC. 801 GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY OFFICE REVIEW Not later than May 31, 2013, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit a report to the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation and the House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology that evaluates the status of the programs authorized in this Act, including the extent to which such programs have been funded, implemented, and are contributing to achieving the goals of the Act.
