## Sec. 820 tribal leasing **[**[25 U.S.C. 1680j](/us/usc/t25/s1680j)**]** Indian tribes providing health care services pursuant to a contract entered into under the Indian Self-Determination Act may lease permanent structures for the purpose of providing such health care services without obtaining advance approval in appropriation Acts. **[**Section 821 repealed by section 124(a)(2) of S. 1790 (as reported by the Senate and enacted into law by section 10221(a) of Public Law 111–148; enactment date March 23, 2010.**]**
