## SEC. 518 HEALTH INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY **[**[25 U.S.C. 1660h](/us/usc/t25/s1660h)**]** The Secretary, acting through the Service, may make grants to urban Indian organizations under this title for the development, adoption, and implementation of health information technology (as defined in section 3000 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300jj)), telemedicine services development, and related infrastructure.
