## Sec. 402 **[**[25 U.S.C. 1962](/us/usc/t25/s1962)**]** Within sixty days after enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall send to the Governor, chief justice of the highest court of appeal, and the attorney general of each State a copy of this Act, together with committee reports and an explanation of the provisions of this Act.
