Sec. 219. The commission is authorized to employ agricultural experts at such compensation and in such number as it deems necessary. The annual expenditures for such compensation shall not exceed $6,000. It shall be the duty of such agricultural experts to instruct and advise the lessee of any tract or the successor to the lessee's interest therein as to the best methods of diversified farming and stock raising and such other matters as will tend successfully to accomplish the purpose of this title.
