## SEC. 233 IMPORT SANCTIONS FOR EXPORT VIOLATIONS **[**[19 U.S.C. 1864](/us/usc/t19/s1864)**]** Any person who violates any national security export control imposed under section 5 of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C.
