## SEC. 826 MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL MEETING REQUIREMENT OF CONFIGURATION STEERING BOARDS Section 814(c)(4) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4529; 10 U.S.C. 2430 note) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “ The Secretary ” and inserting > > ##### “(A) Annual meeting > > Except as provided in subparagraph (B), the Secretary” > ; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(B) Exception > > If the service acquisition executive of the military department concerned determines, in writing, that there have been no changes to the program requirements of a major defense acquisition program during the preceding year, the Configuration Steering Board for such major defense acquisition program is not required to meet as described in subparagraph (A).” > . ## Subtitle C Provisions Relating to Major Defense Acquisition Programs
