## SEC. 816 AMENDMENT TO SUSTAINMENT REVIEWS Section 2441(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “The Secretary concerned shall make the memorandum and supporting documentation for each sustainment review available to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment within 30 days after the review is completed.”.
