## SEC. 813 SUNSET OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OTHER THAN UNITED STATES GOODS ###
(a)Chemical Weapons Antidote Section 2534(c) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(5) Chemical weapons antidote > > Subsections (a)(2) and (b)(2) shall cease to be effective on October 1, 2018.” > . ###
(b)Photovoltaic Devices **[**[10 U.S.C. 2534 note](/us/usc/t10/s2534)**]** Effective October 1, 2018, section 858 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. “Buck” McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 (Public Law 113-291; 10 U.S.C. 2534 note) is repealed.
