## SEC. 806 REQUIREMENTS RELATED TO THE MICRO-PURCHASE THRESHOLD ###
(a)Increase in Threshold Section 1902(a)(1) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking “$3,000” and inserting “$10,000”. ###
(b)Convenience Checks **[**[41 U.S.C. 1902 note](/us/usc/t41/s1902)**]** A convenience check may not be used for an amount in excess of one half of the micro-purchase threshold under section 1902(a) of title 41, United States Code, or a lower amount established by the head of the agency.
