## SEC. 606 REEVALUATION OF BAH FOR THE MILITARY HOUSING AREA INCLUDING STATEN ISLAND Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, using the most recent data available to the Secretary, shall reevaluate the basic housing allowance prescribed under section 403(b) of title 37, United States Code, for the military housing area that includes Staten Island, New York. ## Subtitle B Bonus and Special and Incentive Pays
