## SEC. 1623 SUBMISSION OF AUDITS OF COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY FUNDS Section 432(b)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “promptly”; and ####
(2)by inserting before the period at the end the following: “by not later than December 31 of each year”.
