## SEC. 1604 EXTENSION OF PILOT PROGRAM ON COMMERCIAL WEATHER DATA Section 1613 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328) is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (b), by striking “one year” and inserting “two years”; ####
(2)in subsection (c)— #####
(A)by striking “Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate” each place it appears and inserting “appropriate congressional committees”; and #####
(B)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(3) Appropriate congressional committees defined > > In this subsection, the term ‘appropriate congressional committees’ means— > > > ##### “(A) > > the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives; and > > > ##### “(B) > > the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.” > .
