(3)of section 1226(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1056), as added by section 1294(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2562), is amended by striking “for such fiscal year” both places it appears. # TITLE XIII COOPERATIVE THREAT REDUCTION
