## SEC. 1261 MODIFICATION OF ANNUAL REPORT ON MILITARY AND SECURITY DEVELOPMENTS INVOLVING THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA Subsection
(b)of section 1202 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000 (Public Law 106-65; 10 U.S.C. 113 note), as most recently amended by section 1271 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114-328; 130 Stat. 2538), is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(23) > > Any Chinese laws, regulations, or policies that could jeopardize the economic security of the United States.” > .
