## SEC. 1003 ESTIMATES Section 251(a)(7)(B) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C. 901(a)(7)(B)) is amended in the first sentence by striking “the CBO estimate of that legislation, an OMB estimate of the amount of discretionary new budget authority and outlays” and inserting “both the CBO and OMB estimates of the amount of discretionary new budget authority”. # Title XI IRAQ LOAN AUTHORITY
