## SEC. 10.2 AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS **[**[25 U.S.C. 4307](/us/usc/t25/s4307)**]** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act, to remain available until expended. 2There is no section 9 in law.
