## Sec. 4 impact assessment and report The Secretaries of Health and Human Services, Education, Housing and Urban Development, Labor, and the Interior, and the Attorney General, in consultation with officials of the Government of the Virgin Islands of the United States and within such amounts as may otherwise be available through appropriations, shall jointly assess the impact on the Government of the Virgin Islands of providing health, education, housing, and other social services to individuals whose status is adjusted under section 2 of this Act (and to relatives of such individuals who enter the Virgin Islands as a result of such adjustment) and the need for assistance to the Government of the Virgin Islands to assist it in meeting the needs of these individuals and relatives.
They shall, within one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, report to the President and the Congress on the results of their assessment and on any recommendations for changes in legislation which may be appropriate.
