## SEC. 3203 REBASING STATE DSH ALLOTMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021 Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating paragraph
(8)as paragraph (9); ####
(2)in paragraph (3)(A) by striking “paragraphs
(6)and (7)” and inserting “paragraphs (6), (7), and (8)”; and ####
(3)by inserting after paragraph
(7)the following new paragraph: > > #### “(8) Rebasing of state dsh allotments for fiscal year 2021 > > With respect to fiscal year 2021, for purposes of applying paragraph (3)(A) to determine the DSH allotment for a State, the amount of the DSH allotment for the State under paragraph
(3)for fiscal year 2020 shall be equal to the DSH allotment as reduced under paragraph (7).” > .
