## SEC. 2143 PROMOTING PROGRAM INTEGRITY THROUGH BETTER RECOVERY OF OVERPAYMENTS Section 4005(c)(1) of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2008 (Public Law 110-252; 26 U.S.C. 3304 note) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “may” and inserting “shall”; and ####

(2)by striking “except that” and all that follows through “made” and inserting “in accordance with the same procedures as apply to the recovery of overpayments of regular unemployment benefits paid by the State”.
