## SEC. 2202 SENSE OF CONGRESS It is the sense of Congress that secured loans under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 3901 et seq.) shall be— ####

(1)initially appropriated at $20,000,000; and ####

(2)used for eligible projects, including those to address lead and other contaminants in drinking water systems.
