## SEC. 2103 ADMINISTRATION OF STATE LOAN FUNDS Section 1452(g)(2) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j-12(g)(2)) is amended— ####
(1)by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(D)as clauses
(i)through (iv), respectively, and indenting the clauses appropriately; ####
(2)by striking the fifth sentence and inserting the following: > > ##### “(D) Enforcement actions > > Funds used under subparagraph (B)(ii) shall not be used for enforcement actions.” > ; ####
(3)in the fourth sentence, by striking “ An additional ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(C) Technical Assistance > > An additional” > ; ####

(5)in the second sentence, by striking “ For fiscal year ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(B) Additional use of funds > > For fiscal year” > ; ####
