## SEC. 1306 ESSEX RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS ###
(a)Deauthorization The portions of the project for navigation, Essex River, Massachusetts, authorized by the Act of July 13, 1892 (27 Stat. 88, chapter 158), and modified by the Act of March 3, 1899 (30 Stat. 1121, chapter 425), and the Act of March 2, 1907 (34 Stat. 1073, chapter 2509), that do not lie within the areas described in subsection
(b)are no longer authorized beginning on the date of enactment of this Act. ###
