## SEC. 1189 DREDGED MATERIAL DISPOSAL **[**[33 U.S.C. 1344 note](/us/usc/t33/s1344)**]** Disposal of dredged material shall not be considered environmentally acceptable for the purposes of identifying the Federal standard (as defined in section 335.7 of title 33, Code of Federal Regulations (or successor regulations)) if the disposal violates applicable State water quality standards approved by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency under section 303 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1313). ## Subtitle B Studies
