## SEC. 1181 SALTON SEA, CALIFORNIA ###
(a)In general Section 3032 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (Public Law 110-114; 121 Stat. 1113) is amended— ####
(1)in the section heading by inserting “program” after “restoration”; ####
(2)in subsection (b)— #####
(A)in the subsection heading by striking “Pilot Projects” and inserting “Program”; #####
(B)in paragraph (1)— ######
(i)by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as subparagraphs
(B)and (C), respectively; ######
(ii)by inserting before subparagraph
(B)(as so redesignated) the following: > > ##### “(A) Establishment > > The Secretary shall carry out a program to implement projects to restore the Salton Sea in accordance with this section.” > ; ######
(iii)in subparagraph
(B)(as redesignated by clause (i)) by striking “the pilot”; and ######
(iv)in subparagraph (C)(i) (as redesignated by clause (i))— ######
(I)in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking “the pilot projects referred to in subparagraph (A)” and inserting “the projects referred to in subparagraph (B)”; ######
(II)in subclause
(I)by inserting “, Salton Sea Authority, or other non-Federal interest” before the semicolon; and ######
