## SEC. 1111 HARBOR DEEPENING Section 101(a)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2211(a)(1)) is amended— ####
(1)in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking “the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “the date of enactment of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (Public Law 113-121)”; ####
(2)in subparagraph
(B)by striking “45 feet” and inserting “50 feet”; and ####
(3)in subparagraph
(C)by striking “45 feet” and inserting “50 feet”.
