## SEC. 310 EFFECTIVE DATES Except as otherwise specifically provided, the amendments made by (and provisions of)— ####
(1)sections 302 through 308 shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Immigration Act of 1990, and ####
(2)section 309(b)2 shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. 2§219(z)(9) of the Immigration and Nationality Technical Corrections Act of 1994 (P.L. 103–416, 108 Stat. 4318, Oct. 25, 1994) struck a previous paragraph (2), redesignated paragraph
(3)as paragraph
(2)and substituted “309(b)” for “309(c)”.
