## SEC. 103 FULL FUNDING FOR STATE COURTS TO IMPROVE THE HANDLING OF CHILD WELFARE CASES Out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, there are hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2017 $20,000,000 for grants under section 438 of the Social Security Act, in addition to any other amounts appropriated for such purpose. The amounts appropriated by the preceding sentence shall be considered to be amounts reserved under section 436(b)(2) of such Act for fiscal year 2017, for purposes of clauses
(ii)and
(iii)of section 438(c)(3)(A) of such Act.
