## SEC. 103 FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION OPERATIONS Section 106(k) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph (1)— #####

(D)by striking “and” at the end; #####

(B)in subparagraph

(E)by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and #####

(C)by inserting after subparagraph

(2)in paragraph
