## SEC. 945 MODIFICATION TO INDEPENDENT STUDY OF NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY FORMULATION PROCESS Section 1064(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 989) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph (D), by inserting “, including Congress,” after “Federal Government”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: > > ##### “(E) > > The capabilities and limitations of the Department of Defense workforce responsible for conducting strategic planning, including recommendations for improving the workforce through training, education, and career management.” > . ## Subtitle F Other Matters
