## SEC. 904 REPEAL OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT MODERNIZATION EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ###

(a)Repeal Section 185 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###

(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 171](/us/usc/t10/s171)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 7 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 185. ## Subtitle B Organization and Management of the Department of Defense Generally
