## SEC. 832 CONTRACTOR INCENTIVES TO ACHIEVE SAVINGS AND IMPROVE MISSION PERFORMANCE **[**[10 U.S.C. 1746 note](/us/usc/t10/s1746)**]** Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Defense Acquisition University shall develop and implement a training program for Department of Defense acquisition personnel on fixed-priced incentive fee contracts12, public-private partnerships, performance-based contracting, and other authorities in law and regulation designed to give incentives to contractors to achieve long-term savings and improve administrative practices and mission performance. 12Section 814(b) of division A of Public Law 117-263 provides for an amendment to section 832 by striking “fixed-price incentive fee contracts” and inserting “fixed-price incentive contracts”.
The amendment should have struck “fixed-price[d] incentive fee contracts” and inserted “fixed-price incentive contracts”.
