## SEC. 821 INCREASED MICRO-PURCHASE THRESHOLD APPLICABLE TO DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PROCUREMENTS ###
(a)Increased Micro-purchase Threshold Chapter 137 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section: > > ## “SEC. 2338 Micro-purchase threshold > > **[**[10 U.S.C. 2338](/us/usc/t10/s2338)**]** > > “Notwithstanding subsection
(a)of section 1902 of title 41, the micro-purchase threshold for the Department of Defense for purposes of such section is $5,000.” > . ###
(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 2301](/us/usc/t10/s2301)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by adding at the end the following new item:" “2338. Micro-purchase threshold.” ".
