## SEC. 634 COMBAT-RELATED SPECIAL COMPENSATION COORDINATING AMENDMENT ###
(a)In General Section 1413a(b)(3)(B) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “ 2½ percent” and inserting “the retired pay percentage (determined for the member under section 1409(b) of this title)”. ###
(b)Effective Date **[**[10 U.S.C. 1413a note](/us/usc/t10/s1413a)**]** The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on January 1, 2018, immediately after the coming into effect of the amendments made by part I of subtitle D of title VI of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 842), to which the amendment made by subsection
