(a)Repeal Section 9337 of title 10, United States Code, is repealed. ###
(b)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 9331](/us/usc/t10/s9331)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 903 of such title is amended by striking the item related to section 9337.
