## SEC. 563 INCLUSION OF INFORMATION IN TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM REGARDING EFFECT OF RECEIPT OF BOTH VETERAN DISABILITY COMPENSATION AND VOLUNTARY SEPARATION PAY Section 1144(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(10) > > Provide information regarding the required deduction, pursuant to subsection
(h)of section 1175a of this title, from disability compensation paid by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs of amounts equal to any voluntary separation pay received by the member under such section.” > .
