## SEC. 5338 LEAVE REQUIREMENTS PENDING REVIEW OF CERTAIN COURT-MARTIAL CONVICTIONS Section 876a of title 10, United States Code (article 76a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended— ####

(1)in the first sentence, by striking “, as approved under section 860 of this title (article 60),”; and ####

(2)in the second sentence, by striking “on which the sentence is approved under section 860 of this title (article 60)” and inserting “of the entry of judgment under section 860c of this title (article 60c)”. # TITLE LX PUNITIVE ARTICLES
