## SEC. 516 EXPANSION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR DEPUTY COMMANDER OF COMBATANT COMMAND HAVING UNITED STATES AMONG GEOGRAPHIC AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE OFFICERS OF THE RESERVES Section 164(e)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)by striking “the National Guard” and inserting “a reserve component of the armed forces”; and ####
