## SEC. 513 INAPPLICABILITY OF CERTAIN LAWS TO NATIONAL GUARD TECHNICIANS PERFORMING ACTIVE GUARD AND RESERVE DUTY Section 709(g) of title 32, United States Code, as amended by section 512(a)(2), is further amended— ####
(1)by inserting “(1)” after “(g)”; and ####
(2)by adding at the end the following new paragraph: > > #### “(2) > > In addition to the sections referred to in paragraph (1), section 6323(a)(1) of title 5 also does not apply to a person employed under this section who is performing active Guard and Reserve duty (as that term is defined in section 101(d)(6) of title 10).” > .
