## SEC. 3543 RIGHTS OF THE VICTIM OF A SEXUAL ASSAULT **[**[33 U.S.C. 894b](/us/usc/t33/s894b)**]** A victim of a sexual assault covered by the comprehensive policy developed under section 3542(a) has the right to be reasonably protected from the accused.
