## SEC. 3532 CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY ###
(a)Conveyance Subsection
(a)of section 522 of the Pribilof Island Transition Completion Act of 2016 (Public Law 114-120, as amended by this Act) is amended to read as follows: > > ### “(a) Conveyance > > In partial settlement of land claims under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (43 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), and not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of the Pribilof Islands Transition Completion Amendments Act of 2016, the Secretary of Commerce shall, notwithstanding section 105(a) of the Pribilof Islands Transition Act (16 U.S.C. 1161 note; Public Law 106-562), convey to the Alaska Native Village Corporation for St. Paul Island all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the following property, including improvements on such property: > > > #### “(1) > > Lots 4, 5, and 6A, Block 18, Tract A, U.S. Survey 4943, Alaska, the plat of which was Officially Filed on January 20, 2004, aggregating 13,006 square feet (0.30 acres). > > > #### “(2) > > T. 35 S., R. 131 W., Seward Meridian, Alaska, Tract 39, the plat of which was Officially Filed on May 14, 1986, containing 0.90 acres.” > . ###
(b)Conforming Amendments; Easement Section 522 of such Act, as amended by subsection (a), is further amended— ####
(1)by striking subsection (b); ####
(2)by redesignating subsection
(c)as subsection (b); and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(c) Easement > > As part of the conveyance under subsection (a), the Secretary of Commerce, in cooperation with the Alaska Native Village Corporation for St. Paul Island, shall provide an easement to the Secretary of Transportation to maintain a non-directional beacon on the property described in subsection (a)(2).” > .
