## SEC. 3522 CLARIFYING AMENDMENT; CONTINUATION BOARDS Section 290(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking “five officers serving in the grade of vice admiral” and inserting “5 officers (other than the Commandant) serving in the grade of admiral or vice admiral”.
