## SEC. 311 MODIFIED REPORTING REQUIREMENT RELATED TO INSTALLATIONS ENERGY MANAGEMENT Subsection

(a)of section 2925 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— ####

(1)in the subsection heading, by inserting “, Resiliency, and Mission Assurance” after “Annual Report Related to Installations Energy Management”; ####

(2)by striking paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), and (10); ####

(3)by redesignating paragraphs

(9)and

(11)as paragraphs (3), and (4), respectively; and ####

(4)by inserting after paragraph (1), the following: > > #### “(2) > > A description of the energy savings, return on investment, and enhancements to installation mission assurance realized by the fulfillment of the goals described in paragraph (1).” > .
