## SEC. 1282 TWO-YEAR EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF AUTHORIZATION OF NON-CONVENTIONAL ASSISTED RECOVERY CAPABILITIES ###
(a)Extension of Authority Subsection
(h)of section 943 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4579), as most recently amended by section 1271 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 (Public Law 114-92; 129 Stat. 1075), is further amended by striking “2018” and inserting “2021”. ###
(b)Modification to Authorized Activities Subsection
(c)of such section is amended by inserting “, or other individuals, as determined by the Secretary of Defense, with respect to already established non-conventional assisted recovery capabilities” before the period at the end of the first sentence.
