## SEC. 1247 TRANSFER OF AUTHORITY ON REGIONAL DEFENSE COMBATING TERRORISM FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM ###
(a)Transfer and Redesignation Section 2249c of title 10, United States Code, is transferred to chapter 16 of such title, as added by section 1241(a)(3) of this Act, inserted after section 344, as transferred and redesignated by section 1241(g) of this Act, and redesignated as section 345. ###
(b)Conforming Amendment in Connection With Transfer to New Chapter Subsection
(c)of such section 345, as so transferred and redesignated, is amended by striking “to Congress” and inserting “to the appropriate committees of Congress”. ###
(c)Heading Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 345 note](/us/usc/t10/s345)**]** The heading of such section 345, as so transferred and redesignated, is amended to read as follows: > > ## “SEC. 345 Regional Defense Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program” > . ###
(d)Clerical Amendment **[**[10 U.S.C. 2241](/us/usc/t10/s2241)**]** The table of sections at the beginning of subchapter I of chapter 134 of such title is amended by striking the item relating to section 2249c.
