## SEC. 1066 REQUIREMENT FOR NOTICE AND REPORTING TO COMMITTEES ON ARMED SERVICES ON CERTAIN EXPENDITURES OF FUNDS BY DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY Section 105(c) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3038(c)) is amended by inserting “, the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate, and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives” after “committees” each place it appears.
