## SEC. 1053 PROHIBITION ON DIVESTMENT OF MARINE CORPS SEARCH AND RESCUE UNITS None of the amounts authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2017 for the Navy or the Marine Corps may be obligated or expended— ####
(1)to retire, prepare to retire, transfer, or place in storage any Marine Corps Search and Rescue Unit
(SRU)aircraft; or ####
(2)to make any change or revision to manning levels with respect to any Marine Corps Search and Rescue Unit squadron.
